Mystrengthbook is where you will log all your training and where we will keep track of all your training data.
It can track things like estimated 1RM, performance trends, volume but also lifestyle related data and much more.
You can also leave your training notes and videos directly in the app which I will use for your weekly check-ins.
The weekly check-in is our main feedback loop where I will check up on your most recent training week.
You'll be able to upload your lifting videos and leave notes as log your training and go through the training week.
I will assign you a specific check-in day for each week where you will get a check-in questionair and then I will go over that together with your lifting videos and program notes.
If you have any questions outside of the check-in window you can always reach out and I will respond within 24 hours!
The monthly coaching call is where we will be able to have a direct conversation, this allows for more in depth feedback and for us to discuss if training is still heading in the right direction.
We will also use the call to look ahead to the next couple weeks and it gives you room to ask questions more directly.
The videocall can be easily booked through a Google calender link and generally lasts about 45 minutes

First we'll book a video call the week of the meet to discuss goals and expectations and then we can draw up a plan together.
The competition date is where everything comes together and, it is where I'll come to support you all the way.
I try as best as I can to be there for everyone on competition day, but if I'm not available, I will arrange for someones else to handle you at the meet.
We'll also have a post meet video call to discuss the results and gather feedback from the lead-up to the competition.
